1 General Provisions

55bat is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 55bat website (https://55bat.bar) and all related services.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 55bat platform, the user becomes legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are intended for the Bangladesh market. In case of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the Terms, 55bat's decision shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Age Condition

To create an account on the 55bat platform and enjoy betting or gaming services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

55bat is primarily for Bangladeshi users. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their country before using the platform.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

During account registration, the user must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure.

3.2 Password & Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Login details should not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, 55bat support must be informed immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
• Avoid clicking links in suspicious emails or messages.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

55bat may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification in certain circumstances. This verification process is conducted to ensure user protection and platform security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the 55bat platform are currently available through the following mobile financial services:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure the account holds at least this amount.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances or when verification is required, the time may increase somewhat.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, a wager equal to the deposited amount must be completed at least once. To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering conditions must be met (see Section 5 for details). 55bat reserves the right to verify any withdrawal at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

55bat offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total Balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing a total of ৳20,000 in bets on the bonus amount.

5.3 Other Promotional Conditions

Each promotional offer may have its own terms and conditions. The specific terms of any offer will be stated on that offer's page. If bonus abuse is suspected, 55bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

• A bonus from one IP address or device can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories designated by 55bat.
• Separate terms and conditions may apply to cashback and reload bonuses.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

The 55bat platform offers various types of entertainment games including sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and live dealer games. Each game may have its own rules.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to network errors, server problems, or the user's device, 55bat will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, 55bat's liability for losses caused by technical errors is limited.

6.3 Sports Betting

The odds displayed when placing a bet on a sports market will be considered final. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, settlement will follow 55bat's defined policy. 55bat reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game and market. These limits will be displayed in the game interface.

7 VIP Program

55bat's VIP program has three tiers, each offering increasing benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0% and special privileges.

There is an opportunity to move up a tier through regular active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier may change, and 55bat reserves the right to make changes to the VIP program at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bat platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game results.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by 55bat

55bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for violations of the Terms, suspicious activity, or security reasons.

9.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact 55bat support ([email protected]). It is advisable to withdraw any existing balance before closing the account.

9.3 Forfeiture

In cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or serious violations of the Terms, 55bat reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

10 Responsible Gaming

55bat believes that online gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be viewed as a solution to financial problems. The platform always encourages aware and responsible gaming practices.

• Do not use betting as a way to solve financial problems.
